Appointments at Food • Body • Life — Accredited Practising Dietitians

We offer appointments from Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm. You do not require a doctor referral for a consultation. We also provide home, hospital, and nursing home visits for those who are unable to attend our offices.  Click here to meet Accredited Practising Dietitians.

In your initial consultation we will collect information pertaining to your medical history and your eating pattern.  Using this information we will work with you to prescribe an individualised eating plan that fits with your life.  We will then manage your progress through review consultation and offer additional support via email and telephone between appointments when required.

Duration of appointments

Initial consultations run for 60 minutes.
Follow-up consultations run for 30 minutes

Rebates

Rebates are available for those who have private health funds with extras cover.
Medicare rebates are available for patients who receive an EPC form from their general practitioner.

Department of Veterans Affairs

The team are all registered with the Department of Veterans Affairs to provide dietetic services to eligible patients. Your doctor will provide you with a referral.
DVA will meet the cost of the service provided.
